About Frank

Just like our business name suggests, we're straight up and Frank. Frank Communication is a Te Awamutu marketing agency formed in 2019, by two friends who met in a shared office in 2017. We could see an opportunity to collaborate and help clients with our unique blend of marketing and management skills.   

Sarah Davidson

Administration and Management Lead 

Sarah is experienced in managing offices, people and operations. She has worked as an office manager taking responsibility for a range of tasks, including managing finances, health and safety, implementing/ improving systems, asset management and human resources. She is known for her strategic approach and giving practical advice, providing a fresh set of eyes for business owners looking to do things differently. In addition to working on Frank clients, Sarah manages Log Lease Ltd, which is a family business providing forestry lease equipment and equipment sales throughout New Zealand. Sarah is the Co-Founder and inaugural chair of the Women in Forestry Network, a grassroots movement supporting female business owners in the New Zealand forestry industry, and is a member of the Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce board. She is known for her enthusiasm and likes to provide a fresh perspective while staying true to her grassroots approach to doing business.  

Kim Godfrey

Marketing Lead 

Kim has a background in marketing, and takes a practical approach to giving advice and getting things done. Over the years she has worked on a range of clients in accountancy, legal, IT, healthcare, education, social services, not-for-profit, credit unions, sport and recreation, forestry and construction. Kim first worked in professional services marketing, before moving to London from 2009-2011, working first for a property law firm and then for a software tech company. Returning to New Zealand, she contracted to an Auckland marketing agency for the next 8 years, working on a range of marketing projects including strategy, websites, writing, social media, public relations, design, digital marketing, advertising and email marketing amongst others. Then, wanting to put her skills to use locally, Kim started Frank with Sarah in 2019. She has a Bachelor of Business from AUT and is known for her efficiency and attention to detail.
